From Order to Delivery: How It All Works
Once your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details, including a reference number. You will then receive an e-mail confirming when the order has been dispatched. So what happens in between these two electronic messages? Well obviously your order is made, packaged up and dispatched from our impressive production facilities in Stoke-on-Trent, but there is far more to it than that. Due to the personalised nature of our products, each item is made to order – individually crafted by our skilled team of manufacturers.
