  • Once you have decided on the product, you can download the images from the Signature site ( click here ).
  • A full price list is also posted on the Signature site ( click here ) and margins start at 25% off our RSPs (net of VAT).

3. Placing Orders - Click here for more

  • Orders can be placed via our online order portal and you can enter full details including personalisation and delivery address.
  • A demo of the order portal can be viewed from the signature site ( click here ) – type in “trade” as the username and the password.
  • Each trade customer is allocated a dedicated customer services operator and given a unique log-in ID on the order portal. We send you confirmation of receipt and dispatch. We also have a "Where’s My Order" tracking facility to check progress of orders ( click here ).
  • We ask new customers to pay by credit card and a secure shopping cart is attached to the order portal.

We offer a direct dispatch service on all our products for £3.50 or £5 depending on the product (UK) - so there is no need to hold stock. Our lead times are usually 4 or 5 working days and rarely more than 7 days.
