International Delivery Lead-Times: (all products)
- Standard - up to 14 days from dispatch
- Urgent - up to 5 days from dispatch
Notes:
- A day is defined as a working day - Monday to Friday
- A full day counts on orders received before 1pm (so order received on Tuesday 3pm on 4-day delivery means next Monday.)
- Next day delivery (where offered) only if order received before 1pm.
- Add 1 day lead time for embossing recipient's name onto a cover of a book where chosen.
2) Delivery Pricing
All delivery charges are on a per item basis
UK Standard Delivery Rates
1. £3.50 for any product which retails for less than £30.
2. £5.00 for any product which retails for £30 or more.
3. All framed products are charged at £5 irrespective of retail price
4. All original newspapers and wines & spirits are charged at £5 irrespective of retail price
5. All voucher packs, CDs & DVDs are charged at £3.50 irrespective of retail price.
UK Urgent Deliveries (signed for)
£10 irrespective of retail price (next day if ordered before 1pm – applicable only on 1-2 day products in table above)
International Standard delivery (non – tracked & non signed for)
EU (+ Andorra, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland & Vatican City)
- £7.50 for any product which retails for less than £30
- £15.00 for any product which retails for £30 or more
Rest of the World (ROW)
- £15.00 for any product which retails for less than £30
- £25.00 for any product which retails for £30 or more
Delivery Terms & Details
How Deliveries Are Made & To Where
Signature Gifts Limited (trading as Historic-Newspapers.co.uk) will deliver the
Products ordered by you to the address you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like Signature Gifts Limited to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
Heavier items such as the newspaper books are normally sent via a ‘sign-for’ service and urgent deliveries are always ‘sign-for’ service.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes if your delivery is via our courier service (all UK urgent and International).

Delivery Lead Times
Order to delivery is dependent on the item chosen. For delivery lead times on specific items chosen, please check on the "Delivery" details on the relevant product page. At peak times, such as Christmas, deliveries may take a day or two longer. For UK orders (only), there is an Express Delivery option. This option prioritises your order to the top of the queue, and is despatched using overnight courier service.
Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them; Signature Gifts Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify Signature Gifts Limited by email at info@historic-newspapers.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Signature Gifts Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
